Had the best piercing experience with Carys! I booked in for two ear piercings but wasn’t 100% sure on what I wanted. Carys was super helpful and very honest about what would/wouldn’t work for my ear shape. Together we decided on a hidden helix and a conch. She has an amazing selection of jewellery to choose from, and the piercings themselves were a breeze. I felt so comfortable throughout the whole process, and the aftercare advice was really thorough. Will definitely be returning- thank you Carys 🥰

Been coming to Carys for months now and honestly 10/10 service 😤 clean as hell environment, awesome encouragement going through the process of the service step by step and it’s refreshing to see a piercer who cares so much about her craft and gives honest advise on placement and how things would look and even goes beyond the appointment allowing me to contact her if something has gone wrong like if I haven’t looked after it well enough and gives advice and even gave me additional changes! A really calm and collected experience. Kinda scared of getting pierced but she was so reassuring, and gave me time where needed!!!!

I have had four piercings done by them and the whole process was super comfortable and easy.
One was the conch which did hard but Carys made the process quick and clean.
They gave me great advice on after care and when to downsize. Highly recommend.
